The University of Michigan held its 9th annual Mock Rock competition, in which university athletes perform stage acts to raise money for the C.S Mott Children’s Hospital. Varsity and club sports teams competed, in addition to the glee club, the cheerleading squad, and the dance team. The women’s track and field team won the competition with a tribute to a former teammate they lost to cancer in November, while the men’s track and field team came in second with an impeccably choreographed “Space Jam” routine.
