Battle over file sharing moves to new arenas
Date: 11/17/2008 05:28 pm
Since February, the Recording Industry Associates of America
has been using aggressive new legal tactics to stop illegal file sharing on

sharing through their IP address – was recently successfully challenged in
federal court by a student at George
Washington University. Now Congress is getting into the act, as
reported by the Stanford Daily.
