Birth Control Prices Strike Again

Williams College is the latest school to announce it will no
longer carry birth control for students in its Health Center due to the 2005 Federal
Deficit Reduction Act, which took effect in January of this year. For students
at Williams, who will be filling their prescriptions in a pharmacy beginning in
the fall, the current cost of their medication ($10 per pack of pills) will
triple.
