Students at Union College in Schenectady NY have formed the Union-Schenectady Alliance in an effort to revitalize the college town. Led by two Union College seniors, the Union-Schenectady Alliance hopes to promote social and economic development in Schenectady, thereby encouraging students to get locally involved and give back to the community in which they were educated.
