Colorado In Connerly’s Sites

Colorado is one of a handful of states set in the sites of Ward Connerly, a wealthy California businessman pushing for Colorado, Arizona, Oklahoma, and Missouri to stop minority preference in education, business, and employment. Colorado State University doesn’t use preferential affirmative action—though it does have an affirmative action plan—making the impact of an affirmative action ban difficult to predict.
