Cost Blamed for U.S. Lag in Higher Ed Degrees

The United States is falling behind other countries in the number of college degrees being given within its borders. Although still in the high end of spectrum where older adults are concerned, the U.S. is lagging behind several countries in the number of 25-to-34 year-olds with higher education degrees. Experts say making higher education more affordable will help turn this trend the other way.
