Dartmouth Students March for Gender-Neutral Social Space on Campus

More than 200 Dartmouth students marched to build support for a petition that calls for the establishment of additional gender-neutral and female-controlled social spaces on campus. The rally was held in response to Dartmouth’s recent decision to allow Beta Theta Pi fraternity alumni to begin recruitment next fall, forcing one of the campuses sororities to vacate the space they currently lease from the school.
