For international students, it is not easy to obtain a U.S. study Visa. Growing National Security and immigration concerns put a stop to many international students attaining Visas to study in the U.S. Georgetown University’s newspaper, The Hoya, interviewed Afghani student Rafi Khetab, who, after 3 attempts, still has yet to attain his Visa. Khetab waits for his chance to achieve an American Education, however, has yet to make progress for his governmental records.
