Two carloads of students from Emory joined thousands of protesters at the annual protest of the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation – formerly known as the School of Americas.  The protestors are trying to shut the institution down, charging it trains abusive governments in Latin America in oppressive tactics.
