On Sept. 27, students at Northern Arizona University peacefully protested the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. The theme of their protests was Funk the War. Organized by the Peace and Justice club, participants in the protest agreed that their main concern was to civilly show their disagreement with expressing hostility or evoking violence. Equipped with signs, flowers and tie-dye T-shirts, they danced their ways to City Hall spreading their message.
