Gender-Neutral Housing Gets More Support

The Undergraduate Senate of American University passed a gender-neutral housing resolution, becoming the latest in a wave of student governments to show their support for the housing option. The version of gender-neutral housing approved at American would allow roommates of any gender-combination, as well as co-ed communal floor bathrooms. The staff of American University’s paper The Eagle editorialized in favor of the measure as well.
