Texas colleges on the Gulf Coast were ravaged by Hurricane Ike, and are just now starting to reopen their campuses. Students across the country are feeling the effects of the storms, as many worry about loved ones. Students from the University of Wisconsin chapter of The Red Cross traveled to Texas to volunteer their time and energy in impacted areas.
