The children of undocumented immigrants in Nebraska are now eligible for in-state tuition at state schools, provided they meet a few basic requirements. Although there is not yet any data as to the number of Nebraska students who’ve taken advantage of the policy change, all evidence from other states suggests that the numbers are likely to be small.
