James Madison Cadets Unaffected by National Drop in ROTC Enrollment

The Breeze examines James Madison University’s award-winning ROTC program that has grown significantly since 2000 despite national decreases in ROTC programs nationwide since 9/11. Many students enrolled in JMU’s ROTC program hail from military families, and are well acquainted with military life. Others join to receive university scholarships through ROTC.
