Kenyan Students Speak

The Daily Iowan at Iowa State University recently interviewed Kenyan students about their country’s recent presidential election and the consequent sprees of violence and ethnic killings that it has caused. The students recalled the country’s excitement before the election, expressed regret and sadness at the deterioration of the democratic process, and worry that the situation may worsen if a legitimate leader is not established soon.
