Next
month, Iowa State
students will be dancing the night away in order to raise money for the
Children's Miracle Network and the Children's Hospital of Iowa.
The Iowa State Daily has amped up
recruitment efforts with this article in anticipation of the 15-hour event.
Apparently, the dance-a-thon was created more than 30 years ago, and arrived at
Iowa State almost a decade ago. It’s now the
largest student-run philanthropic event at Iowa State,
raising over $145,000 for kids last year.
