Macalester Leads the Way in Conserving Energy

Macalester College students conserved light and heat use during February's Campus Wars, a conservation event organized by Macalester Conservation and Renewable Energy Society and the Minnesota Public Interest Research Group. Mac students reduced their electricity usage by 8.42 percent, though heat usage was up 9.94 percent from last year.
