MSAs Aim to Break Stereotypes

The Muslim Students Association at Texas Christian University held a panel discussion featuring several local Muslim women in an effort to break stereotypes about Muslim women as part of Islamic Awareness Week. The Muslim Students Association of the University of Colorado Boulder is also increasing their community’s awareness with an Islam Awareness Week. Their four-day event includes showcases, videos, slide shows, panels and guest speakers.
