UC Irvine’s Muslim Student Association held an Islam Awareness Week for the students of that campus, exploring topics from Qur’anic verse to the role of women in Islam. Members of the MSA worked hard to recruit non-Muslims to the educational event, wearing armbands that said “Ask Me” to generate interest in, and awareness of, the week’s events.
