Officers cleared in Florida tasering incident

An investigation in the tasering of a University of Florida
student at a speech by John Kerry has found that the campus police acted
appropriately. The student, Andrew
Meyer, has recently accepted an 18 month probation period from the State
Attorney’s office instead of facing charges of disturbing the peace and resisting
arrest.
