There’s controversy brewing at Ohio University, where an aviation student was recently suspended for “threatening other students and university personnel,” reportedly carrying a gun and knife onto campus. Friends of the student, John Fry, are understandably upset, but so is the Dean of the Russ College of Engineering and Technology, who called the University President’s actions, “a blatant attempt to appear ‘heroic.’”
