The University of Wisconsin- Madison has denied the Roman Catholic Foundation any funding for the past two school years. After filing a lawsuit against the University for going against their first amendment rights, the Foundation was disappointed to find that they lost the suit. The court found that the school has the right to deny funding to any group. Although the group is trying to find other ways to receive money, the University is still contemplating it’s decision.
