An ad campaign aiming to decrease panhandling and help the
homeless has received mixed reviews in Lincoln
Nebraska.  The campaign, designed by students at the University of Nebraska collaborating with local
businesses and the Downtown Lincoln Association, features silhouette figures
holding cardboard signs with messages such as: "I didn't need your money,
I just needed a change."
