Louisiana State University’s Black Student Union, African-American Culture Center, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity are holding an all-week “Know AIDS” event to educate their campus community on the dangers and transmission of the disease. Events include a women’s appreciation event, a demonstration on the effect of AIDS on communities, an AIDS walk, and visiting speakers from other area schools.
