Student-Athletes Benefits Go Beyond Average Students

With questions of unfair, positive treatment towards students participating in athletics, a committee of faculty has been started at the University of Michigan in order to keep watch on the advantages given to the student athletes. The debate as to whether or not those students are being given higher grades and accepted to easier classes in order to maintain a high grade point average is one that takes place on campuses across the country.
