In a somewhat bizarre case, the Undergraduate Student Government President at SUNY Stony Brook was impeached after being found guilty of manufacturing malicious campaign materials against himself. The USG President was accused of creating fake campaign posters for his opponent, making said opponent appear racist and misogynistic. Accusations flew this past weekend at Columbia University, where one candidate accused another of working to make an illegal deal with members of the Student Governing Board.
