Student Organization Sends Valentines to Governor

The student chapter of New Mexico PIRG is collecting valentines and sending them to New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson. NMPIRG is handing out valentines for students
to write messages in support of proposed legislation that would reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
