Student Sues Over Cancellation

A graduate student at Penn State University is suing the school for allegedly violating his First Amendment rites, citing the University's cancellation of his art exhibit last year.  The student's exhibit featured “images of conflict in Palestinian territories.” University administration says the exhibit violates University policy on nondiscrimination and harassment, saying the show’s content promoted neither “cultural diversity” nor “opportunities for democratic dialogue.”
