Students File to Find Indiana’s Voter Identification Law Unconstitutional

A coalition of youth groups have filed an amicus brief to the Indiana State Democratic Party lawsuit urging the Supreme Court to find Indiana’s law requiring voter identification at the polls unconstitutional. Opponents argue it places an unfair burden on the poor, the elderly, minorities, inner-city residents, the disabled, and college students.
