Students Petition for Korean Department

Students at Middlebury College have started a grassroots initiative urging the school to instate a Korean language department. The campaign began with a mass-email containing a link to a petition that has gathered more than 500 signatures. Students say that a Korean language department would be beneficial to the school and the students, as South Korea continues to emerge as a greater world power.
