A student group from the University of Utah, Sustainable Environments and Ecological Design, has drafted a proposal to create a new office of campus sustainability. The new office will encourage sustainability and student participation in the project. Duke Environmental Alliance began a new campaign called "Get Caught Recycling," where judges stake out recycling bins to see if students are using them. The campaign runs through April and gives away a host of prizes to environmentally conscious students.
