Last week over 200 students gathered at the capitol building in Frankfort Kentucky to rally for Higher Education. The rally focused on proposed budget cuts for the state’s public universities, motivating students from the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville to take action. The students held signs, painted their faces, and chanted “education pays” while rallying at the capitol.
