Students Show Support for Military
Date: 11/17/2008 05:28 pm
The Student Assembly at the College of William and Mary passed a bill to give at least three credit hours per semester to ROTC cadets, and for those credits to count towards graduation requirements. The current system only allows students to earn up to 14 credits during the course of their education, and only six of those credits could be applied to graduation. A student at Miami University is beginning new student group to provide soldiers in Iraq with support. Group members will develop pen pal relationships with enlisted men deployed in Iraq.
