Students are showing their support for Tibet on campus in response
to recent protests across the world in observance of Tibetan National
Uprising Day. A group of students from the University of Buffalo held
demonstrations on campus for Tibet including a poster with a death
count of Tibetans and taping their mouths to signify the lack of free
speech in the Chinese-occupied region. Students from the University of
Wisconsin joined hundreds from across the Midwest to protest the
