Last year, when the Vagina Monologues was banned on Providence College’s campus, outraged students first protested, then began filming a documentary about the ban and students’ subsequent attempts to stage the play off-campus. Now Providence students are beginning to show the fruits of their labor, offering a screening of an early cut of the film at the University of Rhode Island for both Providence and URI students.
