Lest we all get too serious, everyone should check out this stunning piece of social change work: Cornell University decided to make The Big Red Barn, a dining spot, into a 5 Star catering company hall. In the process, someone canned the Chicken Hilary Sandwich, a concoction of special marinated chicken, coleslaw, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing. Oh, and (very important) French bread. Joshua Raff and Kyle Doppelt ran a campaign to bring back their beloved Hilary. And they won.
