To Flyer or Not to Flyer

A free speech controversy is brewing at MIT, where an unclear policy is the center of a flyering debate. Kayvan Zainabadi G, a member of the group Fidelity Out of Sudan, was distributing informational flyers outside a Fidelity Investment meeting on MIT's 401K quarterly report, when a building employee—and then a dean—told him to stop. Zainabadi has since spoken with several deans about the “Use of Facilities” policy and its lack of clarity. The article also covers the basics of the Fidelity Out of Sudan campaign.
