Transgendered Student Sues University

A transgendered student at the University of Colorado is suing the school for sexual and age discrimination. Jennifer Anne Blair, 55, accuses the University of “sex stereotyping, age discrimination and unlawful retaliation for complaining about discrimination” during her tenure at the school's clinical psychology masters program.
