As the democratic nomination remains too close to call, many people are learning for the first time about “super-delegates,” office holders and other prominent democrats who have a vote at the nominating convention that is not tied to a primary outcome. Not so for Jason Rae, a Marquette University student, who is one of Wisconsin’s super-delegates. In an interview with WisconsinVote.org, Jason explains how he became a super delegate, and talks about how he views the upcoming election, how he’s being courted by the different campaigns, – including receiving phone calls from Senator John Kerry, the Mayor of Milwaukee, and former President Bill Clinton – and why he’s still undecided.
